- Busselton Central is a convenience centre located approximately 230 kilometres South-West of Perth. It is located in the heart of the Busselton CBD.
- The Busselton region has witnessed higher than average population growth among regional locations and is a major tourist destination in South-Western Australia.
- Constructed circa 2001, the Centre is anchored by Coles Supermarket and provides a mix of discretionary and non-discretionary retail.
- Stages 1 and 2 of the Development Masterplan were completed in February 2020. These stages comprised the consolidation of car parking on Kent Street, the opening of Coles Supermarket, the re-location of key tenants including Best & Less and Telstra and the creation of a new mall that now links the existing centre with Stage 3.
- Construction of Stage 3 commenced in November 2021 and completed in October 2023. Stage 3 consolidated the Fund’s adjacent holdings with the existing centre and the creation of additional specialty and mini-major tenancies and an entertainment and leisure precinct. The precinct is anchored by a 5-screen cinema complex and Al fresco food and beverage offering.
